Welcome to Cooper Fitness 

I founded Cooper Fitness in 2004 to help people achieve their fitness goals. Whether it's to carry groceries, climb stairs without feeling winded, or help bones to be stronger, a fit body helps make life easier. My clients include baby boomers, new moms, IronMan Triathletes and Marathon runners.

I provide one-on-one and small group training as well as several Boot Camps around Tucson. My programs are designed to achieve your specific goals by teaching you the correct exercise and form in a motivating and accountable environment. Being once overweight and out of shape myself, I know how hard it can be to acheive certain goals. Let me help you!
